Miranshah: At least three people were killed and several others injured as a US drone fired missiles on a house in North Waziristan of Pakistan tribal region bordering Afghanistan.
Sources said that the unmanned plane fired two missiles on a building of girls school in Miran Shah Bazar of the agency.
“The rescue workers are facing difficulties due to the curfew in the area,” the sources added.
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari had told the US Special Envoy for Pakistan and Afghanistan Marc Grossman on Friday that drone attacks inside Pakistan are useless and counterproductive.
Prior to this, Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar had also told Grossmnan that the US was not listening to Pakistani demands of  halt in US drone attacks.
