Lahore: Cricketer turned politician Imran Khan has made former foreign minister Khursheed Kasuri his adviser on Foreign Affairs.
Khan is making quick changes in his party Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf in a ongoing wave of elections within the party.
Former foreign minister was considered to be a close ally of former dictator Pervez Musharraf and came under fire on advocating forming official ties between Pakistan and Isreal.
Besides being adviser to PTI chairman, Kasuri will also chair Kashmir committee of the party.
Imran Khan had to face severe criticism after a number of Musharraf team members commenced joining PTI. But PTI leaders defended arrival of such members.
Earlier, As a bid to develop Pakistan Tehrik e Insaaf a party ready to govern the country, PTI chief Imran Khan, had appointed Dr Azeem Ibrahim as his strategic policy adviser.
