Karachi: Entering into a new life, three newly wed couple who were going for Honeymoon to Islamabad were also boardingĀ unfortunate Bhoja Plane.
The couples also became victims of the plane crash resulted in death of all 127 passengers and crew members.
Tanveer Jan, a resident of Gulshen e Hadeed, a suburb area of Karachi, got married only a month ago.
“He was going with his wife Sadaf for honeymoon,” said Tanveer’s visibly sad relatives at Quaid e Azam International Airport, Karachi.
Tanveer hailed from Shikarpur, a far flung city Sindh, for work purposes to the port city of Karchi.
OtherĀ wed couples Amjad and his wife Shaheen, and Rizwan and Sofia, residents of Malir, Ā belonged to same family. They gotĀ marriedĀ on February 19 this year.
“Amjad worked in Saudi Arabia and was on vacation for his marriage,” Amjad’s relative informed.
Amjad is on number among his five siblings.
Rizwan ran his own business in Karachi and was the youngest in three brothers.
“The couples had to immediately leave after marriage for honeymoon but a sudden death in the family compelled them to postpone their visit,” the relatives said.
“We never know we are seeing their smiling faces for the last time,” they said in a shaky voice.
