Karachi: The deadly trend of targeted killings in Karachi shows no sign of abating. In the latest incident, 11 more people were gunned down in the city, rescue sources said.
Police and rescue sources said that six people were gunned down in seperate incidents in Orangi Town while five others were killed in Liaqatabad, Teen Hati, Clifton, Memon Goth and Sabzimandi areas of the city.
Earlier, a man was shot dead in Orangi Town while a dead body had also found the in same area. They added that some unknown gunmen riding a motorcycle shoot a man, named Zeeshan, to death in Ramswami area when he was standing outside his home.
“Another two persons were also injured in firing incidents in Liaqatabad and Jahangir road areas,” the sources said.
In morning, a bullet riddled bodies was also found in jurisdiction of Memon Goth Police Station while another man was gunned down in Sabzimandi area of the city.
