Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday took sou motu notice of militants attack on Bannu Jail, in which over 380 inmates were managed to escape.
Dost Muhammad, the chief justice of the PHC, has also formed a two member judicial committee comprises Ashfaq Taj, additional registrar of Bannu bench and Adil Khan, the district and session judge, to inquire  incident.
The chief justice has also directed the inquiry committee to submit investigation report with three days.
