Islamabad: The Supreme Court on Friday resumed hearing of Asghar Khan case.
Attorney General Maulvi Anwarul failed to produce investigations reports of Habib Bank and Mehran Bank and told the court that the reports were missing.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that the reports were very important and the SC was to make them public.
“How come the reports went missing,” Justice Khilji Arif Hussain remarked.
Justice Tariq Pervez said that the reports were very important and mentioned activities of Younis Habib.
