Lahore: Senior Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf leader Javed Hashmi has been appointed as President of the party.
The decision was announced during a press conference attended by Imran Khan and other senior party leaders on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, Hashmi said that Imran Khan is fighting against corruption. He said he would standby Khan in his struggle for stability of democracy.
He said that Pakistan Democratic Party had also been merged in the Tehrik-e-Insaf.
