Islamabad: Huawei Technologies is all set to introduce its Direct Enterprises Solutions and ICT Systems to commercial arena in Pakistan, targeting large and medium sized corporations in the public and private sectors.
These solutions and systems include Data Center, Video Conferencing Studios, Smart Devices, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Digital Home, e-City,Virtual University and etc,.
Huawei Technologies will launch its full-fledged commercial marketing from 2012 for tapping a potential market of Pakistan in various sectors, said Nadeem Aslam Malik, Director Enterprises Business Huawei Technologies.
The business in Pakistan needs advancement and technologies to grow its volume with faster paces and reduced cost, now the solutions and products are not too far from there reach as Huawei has come up with their requirements.
Huawei is also looking forward for a major role in launching 3G technology with different mobile operators particularly with the companies it has been working for past many years.
The company has already started network swap of 3G technology for Ufone and Mobilink and introduced smartphones and low-cost handsets with them, he said. The company has planned to launch its Smartphones through different distribution channels and ensure the availability of advanced 3G devices in the country.
Huawei has been working in Pakistan for past 15 years having presence in 28 cities. The company has been associated with telecom sector mainly claiming nearly 60 percent share in Pakistan for setting up physical infrastructure for telecom companies.
Huawei has planned to expand its business in multiple directions particularly in Director Enterprises Solutions with its innovative products and services, Director said. It has workforce up to 1,000 employees including 250 Chinese working in different capacity and seven partners particularly, telecom operators, distributors and marketers
The company will be expanding its presence in the country with its offices, employments and partners because it has aggressive business plans in the country, Malik said.
Huawei Technologie is contributing significantly to the economy through investment and taxes and it will continue its business expansion in Pakistan without any fear.
Huawei team finds businesses easy in Pakistan. There is no hurdle in the operations and there is no such a big problem for us and other businesses in ground realities. But the problem is perception which forces other companies do stay away from Pakistan, Malik commented.
