London: A 22-year-old Pakistani citizen has been arrested at Birmingham airport on suspicion of terrorism offences, West Midlands Police have said.
Police say the man is a Pakistani national, studying in the UK on a student visa.
He was held by counter terrorism officers on Monday evening as he arrived on a flight from Dubai.
Police said he was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a document likely to be of use to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
The suspected document was found in his possession.
