Islamabad: Famous Pakistani nuclear scientist Dr Samar Mubarakmand has said that the 95 percent wealth of Pakistan is hidden underground and qualified youth is needed to explore it.
Addressing the sixth convocation of Rifah International University on Saturday he said that the issues of the country could be solved by using the coal reservoirs of Thar, adding that the reason of bad economy is lack of good governance and ineffective planning.
He said that aim of education is not only receiving degrees but also moral upbringing of the students and the universities across the country should focus on the moral upbringing of the students.
He said that without a strong economy no nation in the will live with honour and prestige, adding that the defense of Pakistan is unbreakable, while the economy of Pakistan becomes very weak. We are making good policies but none of our policy was implemented practically, he added.
He said the world countries have been developed by adopting science and technology and our rulers are not technologist, adding that it is need of hour to focus on our economy.
He said that Pakistan have unlimited reservoirs of coals and by using which we are able to produce 50,000 MW electricity and 100 million barrel of oil, while gold and copper worth of 1.2 trillion dollars are present in Recodeck.
