Washington: Pakistan’s Army Chief General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and ISI chief Lieutenant-General Ahmad Shuja Pasha figured among Forbes’ list of world’s 70 most powerful people in 2011.
According to the list, Gen Kayani, 59, who replaced General Pervez Musharraf as the Chief of Army Staff, described as Pakistan’s most powerful person and 34th most power full person of the world.
Director-General of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), Pakistan’s premier intelligence service, Lieutenant-General Ahmad Shuja Pasha is standing at 56 position on Forbes magazine’s list of the world’s most powerful people.
