Islamabad: A recent Gallup Pakistan survey has revealed that 23 percent Pakistani’s are not keen to cooperate with Government sponsored Energy saving campaigns while 31 percent are quite keen and 43 percent are very keen.
In a survey a nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces were asked “Imagine that Government launches “Energy Saving Campaign” in which you are requested to use less electricity (not forcefully). How many chances are there that you will support government?”
Responding to this 41 percent said that they would help the government in any such initiative while 33 percent are quite keen whereas 18 percent are not so keen and 5 percent are not keen at all. However 3 percent did not give a view in survey
