Islamabad: Pakistan’s Interior Minister Rahman Malik has said that Taliban should lay down their arms before holding talks with the government.
Talking to media in Islamabad before leaving for Quetta ,Rahman said that the minimum agenda is that they give up arms and come forward and then there will be talks.
He said government will not hold talks with those which have Kalashnikovs in their hands.
