Lahore: The Pakistan cricket team led by Misbah-ul-Haq left for the United Arab Emirates on Saturday to play against Sri Lanka.
Pakistan will play 1st Test on October 18 at the Sheikh Zayed International Cricket Stadium.
Talking to media at Allama Iqbal International Airport, coach Mohsin Hassan Khan said that the current team was balanced with junior and senior players and will try to give optimum results in the upcoming series.
He added that the team had worked on different areas to improve performance as tough game was expected between the two teams.
Captain Misbah-ul-Haq expressed his hopes to deliver good performance and said that he was satisfied with the players combination.
