Peshawar: The body of Pakistani first class cricketer Noman Habib has been found, police said on Tuesday.
According to police, Habib was kidnapped three days ago and his body was found in Hayatabad area of Peshawar on Monday. The body was identified on Tuesday.
The fast bowler represented Peshawar in the recent domestic T-20 tournament and in the first round of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy and claimed eight wickets in his last match that ended on Sunday.
The reason of his kidnapping and murder was not given. He has been buried in a local graveyard.
