Karachi: Pakistan Muslin League-Functional (PML-F) chief, Pir Sahib Pagara, on Thursday criticized the incumbent government in his sarcastic style.
Talking to journalists, Pir Pagara, whose party is also a partner of the PPP-led coalition government both in the centre and the province, said that the government had not evolved any viable strategy, therefore the power crisis would worsen in days to come.
Regarding the PPP’s request to relinquish charges of some ministerial portfolios by PML-F ministers, which were being held by MQM minister before it quit the government, PML-F chief said that if the PPP was very curious about reconciliation then it should cut its own ministries.
In his sarcastic style, for which he is known, Pagara said that the month of sacrifice was coming so PPP should sacrifice some of its ministries.
He said, “If the chief minister Sindh is interested in shuffling of portfolios, then he must talk to me over the issue.”
To a question regarding Nawaz Sharif’s recent visit to Sindh, he said that Nawaz Sarif was an stranger in Sindh so his visit would not benefit him.
