Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has decided to attend All Parties Conference convened by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in the wake of US threats of sending ground troops to Pakistan in the hot pursuit of Haqqani network.
Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, PML-N Information Secretary Senator Mushaidullah Khan said that party president Nawaz Sharif would attend the APC despite several reservations.
“Our reservations still remain unresolved but we are united on a national issue”, he said, adding that Nawaz would stand by soldiers of the Pakistan army if any untoward incident happened.
