Karachi: Robbers looted Rs3.8 million from a private bank in early morning here on Friday.
The incident occurred at 9:03am in a bank situated near Metro Cinema within the jurisdiction of Orangi Town police station.
Police said that eight unknown armed men entered into the bank and held the bank staff and others hostage, adding they looted over Rs3.8 million and fled along with CCTV footage and weapon of the security guard.
This is a fifth dacoity incident during the last one month in which looters fled away successfully after looting bank.
