Peshawar: Unidentified assailants attacked a check post in Shangla district of Khyber Pukhtunkha, killing three policemen and injuring several others, sources said on Sunday.
The sources said that the attackers managed to flee after killing the policeman. Security forces rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area. They said that a search operation was launched in the area to arrest the killers .
The dead and injured were shifted to district headquarters hospital.
