Islamabad: Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik Friday said that the Mehran base attack report would be completed within 48 hours.
In the cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Pakistan Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Rehman Malik gave briefing on the PNS Mehran Base attack. He further said that talks were in progress with the United States regarding drone attacks.
Sources said the meeting also decided to shut down Industrial Development Bank. The meeting also approved Pak-Afghan security talks and exchange of accused between the two countries.
On the occasion, PM Gilani said a complete harmony between the political leadership and the people of Pakistan was needed to meet the challenges.
Information Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan informed that intelligence sharing would be brought down to provincial level. She added that the US has been asked to respect Pakistan’s Parliamentary resolution.
