New York: Secuirty Council of the United Nations expressed concerned over the turmoil in Libya in which over 300 people have been killed.
A meeting of the council was held to discuss the issue of Libya and strongly condemned the loss of lifes. The meeting unanimously demanded Libyan authorities to stop the violence in Libya immediately.
It was also decided in the meeting taht all the persons involved in the violencent clashes would be given examplary punishment.
