Dubai: Reacting over the Interior Minister Briefing in Sindh Assembly on Benazir Bhutto case, Former President Pervez Musharaf has strongly denied his involvement in the assassination of former Prime Minister and Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) chairperson Benazir Bhutto.
Talking to media Musharaf said that he had informed BB about the threats to her life before the first attack. “I was not in contact with the slain PPP chairperson after 18 October,” he said.
He said that it was not a duty of the president to provide security to BB. ”United nation’s report over Benazir’s killing is baseless,” he said.
“Who asked BB to get out of the vehicle?,” he said. He added that President Zardari had said that he knew the killers of BB.
