BOISE: Two U.S. Idaho men have reclaimed their Guinness World Records title by passing a giant inflatable beach ball 7,827 times in just over an hour. David Rush, who is on a mission to hold the most world records concurrently, teamed up with Seth Lemmons to achieve the feat.
The duo spent 1 hour, 8 minutes, and 52 seconds passing the ball back and forth, enduring significant strain on their necks, arms, and shoulders. Their efforts surpassed their previous record of 4,169 passes, set in 2021.
Rush, known for his serial record-breaking pursuits, now holds 179 records concurrently. He aims to reach 181 concurrent titles to secure the top spot in the world.
David Rush mentioned that this prolonged effort caused severe pain in his arms, shoulders, and neck.
“We pushed through the pain and kept our focus on the goal,” Rush said after reclaiming the title.
The achievement marks another milestone in his quest to be the most prolific Guinness World Record holder.
