Lahore: Pakistan’s team captain Babar Azam will now play under the captaincy of Mohammad Rizwan.
The Global T20 League will take place in Canada from July 25 to August 11.
In the Canadian Global T20 League, Mohammad Rizwan has been appointed as the captain of the Vancouver Knights. His squad includes Babar Azam, Mohammad Amir, Asif Ali, South Africa’s Dwaine Pretorius, and Nepal’s Sandeep Lamichhane.
The Vancouver Knights, in their announcement of Rizwan’s captaincy, added the title “Sir” to his name.
According to the Vancouver management, Sir Rizwan is ready to lead the team to victory with his strong batting and swift wicket-keeping.
