GHOTKI: SHO Police department Anwar Muhar visited a dacoit to mourn for his encountered accomplice. He reached the mourning processions in a police mobile along with his four junior officers.
Ghotki police was forced to participate in the encounter with Shikar Pur police. Shikar Pur police killed famous dacoit Haq Nawaz Makroin an encounter after a long chase.
Ghotki SHO Anwar Muhar however, went to meet the dacoit leader Moosa Zai in the mourning procession for Makro.
An investigation in the Police relation with dacoits has been launched already and a DIG rank officer is investigating the matter.
UPDATE: SHO Anwar Muhr and other police personnel who visited the said dacoit have been suspended and Assistant Superintendent Police (ASP) Imran Khokhar will be investigating the matter.
