Islamabad: Industrial and Open House and Job Fair was held at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University on Thursday. The activity commenced at 10 am and last till 04:00 pm.
In industrial Open House 60 projects were displayed (40 from Electronic Engineering, 6 from Bioinformatics, 8 from Computer Sciences & 6 from Business Administration departments respectively). Top Three best projects from each department were selected for 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions as per following details:

Department of Computer Science Kashif Saeed Broiler Poultry Farm Information Management and Sales Decision System 3rd Position
Usman Khalid Qureshi Intelli-Image (Attendance System) 1st Position
Aneeq Hasan Khan Subktageen Baig Seamless Mobile Client for Web Services 2nd Position Syed Mehtab Alam Department of Bioinformatics Mehwish Toor, Biclustering of Gene Expression Data, 3rd Position Quratulaain Siddique, Life Style Impact on Breast Cancer (LIBC).
More than 70 industry companies visited the exhibition and conducted interviews for recruiting and selection the human resource from MAJU graduate students in Job Fair program.
Addressing the closing ceremony Dr. Muhammad Mansoor Ahmed, Executive Vice President MAJU Islamabad appreciated efforts put in by the students for preparation of projects.
He welcomed the guest from industry who not only visited the exhibition but also recruited some of their manpower from MAJU graduates.
