London: The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced the appointment of Brendon McCullum as the head coach of the white ball team.
According to the ECB, Brendon McCullum’s contract has also been extended, and he will now be responsible for both the England Test team and the white ball team. His contract has been extended until the end of 2027. McCullum has been with the England cricket team since May 2022.
The ECB stated that the new head coach, Brendan McCullum, will begin his responsibilities as head coach of the white ball team in January 2025.
According to the ECB, interim head coach Marcus Trescothick will continue to handle responsibilities for the scheduled One Day International (ODI) series against Australia and the West Indies.
