This year, Berkshire Hathaway’s share value has increased by more than 30%, while the S&P’s share value has risen by 18%. This exceptional growth in share value has added $200 billion to Berkshire Hathaway’s total capital, setting a new record for the company.
In contrast, Nvidia’s total capital exceeds $2 trillion, and several other companies are also experiencing rapid growth. Notably, capital is increasingly becoming concentrated in a few hands or institutions.
