Pakistan: PTI Rally in Lahore Postponed Due to Lack of Permission

Lahore: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced the postponement of its rally, originally scheduled for August 27 in Lahore, due to not receiving the necessary permissions.

According to reports, PTI leader Shaukat Basra stated that the administration is not granting permission for the rally in Lahore on August 27, despite orders from the Lahore High Court.

Shaukat Basra further mentioned that due to the lack of permission, the rally on August 27 in Lahore is being postponed. He also added that PTI will file a contempt of court petition against the administration and will request the court to allow the rally in Lahore after the rally scheduled for September 8.
