Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has scheduled a hearing for August 15 on a petition filed against the arrest of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in a new Toshakhana case.
The case will be heard by a bench comprising Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Babar Sattar. The petition against the initial summons notices issued by NAB will also be heard during this session.
Previously, the case was heard by Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad. Due to Justice Arbab Tahir being on leave, Justice Babar Sattar will now be part of the bench.
