Lahore: The Bangladesh cricket team has arrived in Lahore at Allama Iqbal Airport for a two-Test series against Pakistan.
Strict security arrangements were in place during the team’s arrival. The visiting team was escorted by police and other law enforcement agencies from the airport to their private hotel.
According to the schedule, the team rested yesterday and will begin preparing for the series on August 14. After three days of training at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, the Bangladesh team will head to Islamabad.
The visiting team will arrive at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium for the first Test match on August 21, with the second Test starting in Karachi on August 30.
