Dubai: Former Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ibad has announced plans to return to Pakistan soon and establish a new political party.
Speaking to a private TV channel in Dubai, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ibad mentioned that he will invite the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) to join the new party, putting aside past differences.
The former governor expressed concern about the current government’s limited time and stressed the need for strict accountability against corruption to improve the economy.
He warned that failed governance could lead to unpredictable outcomes, noting that political and economic instability has reached dangerous levels and that the law and order situation is deteriorating.
