New York: Maryanne Barry, the elder sister of former U.S. President Donald Trump, has passed away.
The confirmation of the demise of Donald Trump’s 86-year-old sister came from his son, Donald Trump Jr. According to media reports, Maryanne Barry, 86, was found dead in her residence in the Manhattan area of New York.
New York police reported that she was discovered unconscious in the bathroom of her apartment on Fifth Avenue. Police confirmed that Maryanne’s death occurred between Monday and Tuesday night at 4:30 a.m.
Maryanne Barry was a retired federal judge, serving from 1983 to 2019. Upon her retirement in 2019, she held the position of a senior judge in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals under the Supreme Court. Before her tenure as a judge, she also served as a U.S. attorney in 1974 and had been nominated by former President Ronald Reagan to a federal court in New Jersey.
Prior to her passing, Donald Trump’s younger brother, Robert Trump passed away in 2020 at the age of 71, and his elder brother, Fred Trump Jr., at the age of 42, due to a heart attack.
