PIA starting direct flights between Faisalabad, Jeddah from 18th

FAISALABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is going to operate direct flights between Faisalabad and Jeddah from February 18, 2019.

The national flag carrier will operate four weekly flights from Faisalabad to Jeddah.

District Manager PIA Faisalabad Qaisar Iqbal said that there would be four weekly direct flights between Faisalabad and Jeddah. He added that the flights will be operated on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Airbus 320 will be operated on the route. He added that the decision to start the flight was taken considering the potential.  The departure time from Faisalabad will be 4.55am.

He said booking for the first direct flight has been completed.
