At the end of the first day in Barbados, Chase and Holder had played out a wicketless last session, and have turned the tables on Pakistan. They made the adjustment to the loss they had born in the first two sessions, losing 6 wickets for just 154 runs.
Chase crosses his arms in the shape of an X and acknowledges the cheers from his home crowd. What a day for him. Classy, classy hundred.
He arrived in the 17th over simply refused to budge. His captain joined him at the 50th over and raised a fifty. They added 120 runs in the post-tea session at 3.43 runs an over.
