Watch Pakistan’s Fall of Wickets vs NZ 2nd Test Day 2

HAMILTON: In an extension to their dismal performance, Pakistan collapsed to 51-5 at one stage, dragging it to 76 for five at stumps on day two of the second Test against New Zealand in Hamilton on Saturday.

Southee’s terrific new-ball burst and Wagner’s twin-strike cemented New Zealand’s command after they put on 271 thanks to valuable lower-order contributions. Pakistan are 195 runs in arrears with five wickets in hand.

Pakistan trailed New Zealand by 195 after the home team made 271 in their first innings at Seddon Park.

Babar Azam was not out 34 with Sarfraz Ahmed unbeaten on 9 at the close of play.

For New Zealand, Tim Southee captured three for 26 while Neil Wagner took 2-15.

In New Zealand’s first innings, opener Jeet Raval top scored with 55 while BJ Watling was left stranded on 49 not out.

Sohail Khan took 4-99 and Imran Khan finished with 3-52.
