Univocal Message for Promising Success

We are living in this day and age where anything without women cannot be fruitful, from household chores to almost any occupation. Whether it is about dealing on the ground, driving cabs, playing cricket or even flying above the skies or in space, a woman is now a must to be a part of it. All the young girls who want to start a new career, want to turn their salad days into experienced ones, want to work on their own, like being independent, then they should be alert of all the workplace tactics and keep them in mind beforehand. Every lady at work has to face many challenges out of which harassment is one kind. There are so many types of harassment in workplace which I can bet all the working ladies must face in any sort or form. In the end, we dwell in a male dominated society and men relish this advantage more than to an extent. Harassment at workplace is a matter which is so much part of the world I suppose, yet does come not much under discussion. This is a problem which not only women in our society, but the females of most developed countries like Europe, America also face. Not all women are vulnerable and soft targets for men, nonetheless few are and those few should be prepared for it.

At some stage in workplace everybody around you plays their part of pestering, whether you are a junior, subordinate or even a senior sometimes. Pestering from a male colleague can never be so bothersome if you are friends and have good understanding. But being friends with everybody at workplace is neither favorable nor desirable for a girl especially. Therefore, one can’t be friends with everybody at place of work, so one has to put up with it sensibly. If you can’t do or say anything at that instant, then be careful for the next time and just ignore. But you just can’t let it go like that all the time. So wait for your turn coolly, calmly, good-naturedly without doing anything bad in a fit of temper. As you know chances are never finished, so you would get your chance to reply back nicely & to teach a lesson which would let them know that your silence is not your weak point and you are just quiet but not unaware of what had been done or said.

Another thing, if your supervisor is very bossy and wants to show their bossiness through pressure or want to claim their superiority on you then there are more than likely chances that you’d have to face overruling by them, no matter how much you are right and factual, they would prove themselves correct at any cost. That is the time to prove you. If you are confident and certain about your decisions then just be firm and stable. Don’t be pressurized and change your point of view. Because nobody is going to combat your fight, but only you, and proving yourself by your work is the only way to answer them.

Since all the people are not same. A number of them are really good and have etiquette of talking to women in a straightforward way, but few are impertinent chatterers who have a habit of commenting in some way and that even in dual meaning which is really maddening, don’t fly into a temper, have patience, not responding them is the best answer, just remind and halcyon yourself like a good friend of you that everything is okay and I’d might come back any other right time.

Probably there are some popinjays too around who suspect and think others for what they are not. Or possibly if one is better than the other subsequently as a result, they strut and let down others with their rude behaviors, attitudes, actions and remarks. You’d also go through this, perhaps. Don’t be upset! That would have been done just to shake self-confidence, poise and stability. This was the dark side of office environment which you just need to keep in mind. As you know there are always two sides of everything. So if you want to stay away from all terrible things, keep doing hard and smart work which will not only prevent you from all the office politics, but also help you become auspicious and remain productive and optimistic in and around place of work.
