FAISALABAD: Invertex Sindh will take on Boom Boom Bubble Gum Khyber PakhtunKhwa (KPK) in the 8th match of Pakistan Cup 2016 one-day tournament at Iqbal Cricket Stadium, Faisalabad.
The match will start at 3pm as per local time.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be led by star batsman Ahmed Shehzad after Younis Khan left the tournament in middle to protest bad umpiring. Younis later apologised his ‘unwise decision’ and showed willingness to return to the tournament, but PCB stopped him and rather issued a show cause notice.

Led by AHmed Shehzad, KPK team includes Zaman, Musaddiq Ahmed, Zohaib Khan and Faheem Ashraf. Pakistani leg-spinner Yasir Shah will mark a return to competitive cricket as he prepares himself to play for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the domestic One Day tournament. Abdul Rehman and Kabir Khan are coaching the KP side.
Sarfraz-led Sindh contains likes of Mohammad Amir, Sohail Khan, Imad Waseem, Bilal Asif, Sohaib Maqsood, Fawad Alam, Khurram Manzoor and Anwer Ali.
Sindh have been unbeaten in the tournament so far, it would be interesting to see how Sarfraz XI proceed in the tournament against KPK.
