KARACHI: Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) decided to give ticket to Babar Ghori to contest the election of NA 245, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Babar Ghori will contest the by-election after the resignation of Rehan Hashmi of MQM as he was nominated for Deputy Mayor of Karachi Corporation.
According to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), polling for by-election will held on April 4.
Member National Assembly (MNA) Rehan Hashmi of MQM on Tuesday resigned where Speaker National Assembly (NA) Ayaz Sadiq accepted his resignation.
Its worth mentioning here that, Muhammad Rehan Hashmi is a Pakistani politician, and parliamentarian. He was elected a member of national assembly on a ticket of Muttahida Qaumi Movement from NA-245 (Karachi) in Pakistani general election, 2013.
