Google doodle celebrating Ludwig van Beethoven’s 245th Year

LONDON: The search engine giant Google had a musical surprise in store for its users on December 17. To mark the 245th birth anniversary of deaf German composer Ludwig van Beethoven, Google came up with one of its most creative doodle in recent times.

We are in awe with the animated Google doodle dedicated in honour of fifth symphony creator – legendary Beethoven was born on or about December 16, 1770 and baptized on December 17, 1770.

Music is one art that reaches millions and affects them all in different ways. And when we speak of music, we cannot help but mention Ludwig van Beethoven, the composer whose vision has given us this evolved form of music.

This 18th century composer is known for being an important hand in the transition of classical and romantic era in western music. Born in the Roman empire of Bonn, his talents in the musical field were discovered at a young age.

While there is uncertainty over the exact birth date of Ludwig van Beethoven but his date of baptism (December 17, 1770) is marked as his birth anniversary.

 Ludwig Van Beethoven was widely considered the greatest composer of all time. He was a composer and pianist who gave the musical world it’s finest of creation. Despite his struggle with the loss of hearing, Beethoven did some of most important works.

 Beethoven continued his love for the music even during the last 10 years of his life, when he was almost totally deaf.

Beethoven’s classical composition forms one of the seven symphonies and is in fact one of the most frequently played symphony.

 Beethoven was often referred to as the third B in music after Bach and Brahms. This doodle is an ode to history’s greatest artists and one of the most famous and influential of all composers – Ludwig van Beethoven.
