PPP senior leader Makhdum Amin Fahim passes away

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party’s senior leader and former Federel Minister Makhdum Amin Fahim passed away on Saturday morning, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

Fahim, aged 76, was senior vice chairman of the PPP and member of the National Assembly from Hala (NA-218). He was the spiritual head of the Sarwari Jamaat.

Fahim had been abroad for the last several months for cancer treatment and had recently returned to the country.

Following his return, he was admitted to a private hospital where he was under treatment for the past several weeks.
