Weapons licenses suspended in Sindh

KARACHI: Sindh government on Monday has announced to suspend all the weapons licences till November 28, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

According to details, this decision has been taken in the wake of Local Bodies elections in the Sindh.

After the suspension of arms licences no one will be able keep and show the weapons openly in Sindh.

Weapons licences are suspended in 15 districts of the province.

This decision will help in countering the bloody clashes between the rivals during the up coming LB polls in Sindh.

Earlier in the first phase of LB polls in Sindh, Firing incident on Waryo Wahin polling station during Local Bodies election in Darara UC, Khairpur, Sindh, took 11 lives and left 12 severe injured.
