PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has fired its Member Provisional Assembly (MPA) in Khyber PakhtunKhwa (KP) Assembly Amjad Afridi over violating the rules and regulations in Local Bodies elections.
According to details, PTI leadership has issued a warning to Member National Assembly (MNA) Azam Sawati over failing in protection of Party matters and decided not to give any big duty to Azam Sawati.
Earlier, Imran Khan himself fired these organizer over favoritism in issuing electoral tickets for the Local bodies Election in their respective districts after getting so many complaints against him.
Fired organizers included Ahmed Ali Dareshak from Dera Ghazi Khan, Fiaz ul Hassan Chohan from Rawalpindi and Rana Raheel from Rahim Yar Khan.
Khan fired all these after meeting with PTI national organizer Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Also few days back, Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and organizer of the party in Lahore Shafqat Mehmood has resigned from his designation of organizer Lahore of PTI on Sunday.
While talking to media in Lahore Shafqat said that they did their best but could not get what they want to get out of Local Bodies polls.
He also said that he took the responsibilty of worst results of Party in the recent LB polls. further he said it is his moral duty to take the responsibility of the defeat.
