Where did ISIS get Toyota vehicles from?

LONDON: Japanese automotive manufacturer Toyota has agreed co-operate with US officials over the issue that how terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) got Toyota vehicles in such a big numbers.

Toyota vehicles have been widely used in battle field of Iraq and Syria and IS Jihadis using them to attack on security forces.

Toyota says its policy is not to sell vehicles to such organizations that can use them for war purposes.

A department of US Foreign Office keeps an eye on import and export of such materials and goods that can be misused by militants in war-hit areas.

In a statement released from Toyota, the company has maintained its policy that they follow laws of the country where they sell their locomotives and expect their dealers to do so.

The statement said Toyota is ready to co-operate US to investigate how IS acquired Toyota vehicles in such a big numbers.
