Firing left 7 injured including two students in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: At least seven people including two students got injured in a result of firing on Monday at Chak Beli Rawat Road in Rawalpindi, District of Punjab, Pakistan.

According to reports, the head of dacoit group Abdul Qayyum opened fire while targeting a journalist Masood Jillani for broadcasting news against him.

The firing injured seven people including two students who were shifted to District Head Quarter (DHQ) Hospital for first aid.

Moreover, police officials have cordoned off the incident site and have launched an investigation into the matter.
