KARACHI: Private news channel has revealed Pakistan cricket team players names who will try their luck against arch rival India in World Cup big match on Sunday (tomorrow).
According to Geo News, Pakistan team against India included Misbah Ul Haq, Younis Khan, Umar Akmal, Ahmed Shahzad, Sohaib Maqsood, Shahid Aridi, Haris Sohail, Irfan Khan, Ahsan Danish, Yasir Shah and Wahab Riyaz.
Three players Nasir Jamshed, Sarfaraz Ahmed and Sohail Khan have been discarded for stated to be the final before the final of the World Cup match.
Earlier it was also reported that Ahmed Shehzad and Younis Khan are expected to open for the Green-shirts when Pakistan take on India in their first match of the World Cup.
According to Geo News, the star batsman Younis Khan is expected to open the innings along with Ahmed Shehzad against India.
Nasir Jamshed, who came in the team as Hafeez’s replacement, is expected to stay on the bench at least against India.Due to this decision, leg-spinner Yasir Shah who has been performing consistently could be included in the team as an extra bowler.
Sohail Khan will be 12th player of the team.
