MQM man, his son gunned down in Orangi Town

KARACHI: Unidentified assailants opened fire at a hotel in Orangi Town area of Karachi, killing two persons on the spot on Tuesday (today) morning, media reported.

According to the report, unknown persons on motorbike gunned down two people sitting in a hotel near Sabri Chowk of Orangi Town sector 11 and fled from the scene.

Police reached the spot and shifted the bodies to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Police said that the dead were identified as Rasheed, a former UC councillor, and his son. They belonged to Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
