CM Sindh announces compensation for Sea View victims

KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has announced compensation of Rs200 thousands to the family of each victim.


CM Sindh announced to provide Rs1 million to the family of each victim, who lost their live in the Sea View incident, occurred in Karachi.

At least 36 dead bodies have been recovered so far during rescue operation while four people are still missing, believed to be drowned while bathing on Karachi beach on July 30

Moreover, Governor of Sindh Ishratul Ebad Khan also expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives in the incident.

Governor Sindh also directed for an investigation in the incident in order to take strict actions against the responsible persons involved in negligence.
