NEW DELHI: A pilot was killed when Indian Air Force fighter jet crashed in Jammu and Kashmir’s district Anantnag on Tuesday.
Indian Air Force said in a statement that MIG-21 fighter jet was on a normal routine flight when it crashed in Bijbehara area of Anantnag district and as a result, pilot Raghu Bansi died.
Indian Air Force said that the reason for the crash is still unknown but investigation of the incident has been started.
