Syrian Electronic Army hacked CNN’s Twitter and Facebook accounts for just few minutes tonight. And they posted some messages on network’s social media accounts.
CNN’s website was also compromised for some time and even a news story declaring emergency in US appeared on the website.
But CNN got everything back to normal and deleted all their posts and tweets. According to the channel, “posts were deleted within minutes and the accounts have since been secured.”
Syrian Electronic Army, aka SEA, also hacked Times in August 2013.
